I believe they were fallen angels. I had many experiences in my life with visitations from demons who took on a human appearance and just looked evil. In 1999 I had a demon who looked human appear in my home. A friend of mine and my brothers who needed deliverance from addiction described to us in detail what this demon looked like and how he was tormenting him at night. My brother and I had been praying for this friend to be delivered from heroin addiction. I was living in Texas at this time and our friend was in Oregon where my brother lived. This friend did not come to Jesus even though my brother and I witnessed to him again and again over many years. Sadly, he died of a heroin overdose. The day our friend died this demon who had long black hair, was tall and skinny and looked like a guy. Showed up in my house in Texas. He was wearing a ripped white shirt and he had on ripped jeans (before it was popular). He showed up and sneered at me and laughed. Very sinister looking but at the same time human looking. My brother called me and said our friend passed away half an hour ago. The same demon, wearing the same clothes, showed up at the funeral of our friend 4 days later and walked around sneering and laughing at my brother who was there. It was a very sad day for sure! Years later, my brother and I reenacted in a play we created after this story to hopefully save some young teenagers from overdosing. Thankfully, the play touched several lives who had been in drug addiction. Jesus still delivers!!

God gave me this revelation of the Son's of God as the fallen Angelic beings when I was newly saved. I shared this with my Pastor at the time and he didn't accept my revelation. Thank you for this confirmation of what God revealed to me

After his resurrection Jesus was able to appear in rooms without having to walk through a door. He was also able to consume physical food. The spiritual world is inter-dimensional. That would explain how a spiritual being like an angel could also manifest in a physical body.
