Sons of God Genesis 6

The sons of God are not angels. Yet, many ministries and churches promote the myth that the events with the sons of God and the daughters of men in Genesis 6 are all about angels or "watchers" marrying and having children that became giants / Nephilim. This video puts forth the biblical evidence that proves angels cannot be the sons of God.

Rather than turning to the Bible to interpret the Bible, many ministers and believers have turned to ancient unscriptural text that are full of mythology to explain Genesis 6 and the identity of the sons of God. One of these ancient texts is the Book of Enoch, which is a text full of bad information that not only contradicts the Bible, but also promotes paganism, and a false messiah figure.

HI I enjoyed your video however I do have a problem with you usage and interpretation of Hebrews 1:5. The question is clear to which of the angels did he ever say " you are my son today I have begotten you"? Now of you are saying that from this it proves that angels are not sons of God then you are only applying one part of the sentence and ignoring the vital part which says Today I have begotten you!! So how many angels are begotten by God answer none!! The difference is that Jesus was begotten by God the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary. None of the angels were created in this way. So taking the whole verse in context it is not saying what you seam to be saying that it does. Other than that I enjoyed your video but I am not in agreement with your use of Hebrews 1:5. Thanks Ken

We still have giants born today and also the opposite, people that do not grow but are very small in height.

You get my point, you can do the research for yourself. People are still born with 6 toes and 6 fingers. Anomalies still occur in genetics that have NOTHING to do with angels.

But what about Psalm 89:6(88 in Septuagint)?

The Sons of God were those from the chosen line of Seth. “And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD.” The Sons of God looked upon the daughters from the population of people who had not grown from that line and took them in. “Mixing the holy seed” is a subject we see discussed in different part of the scriptures and it’s not condoned.

Good vid 👍🏼 also, notice how in Gen 6:4 it says there were already "giants" in the earth in those days, before the sons of God came to the daughters of men. "Giants" refers to "mighty men" "Men of reputation". But these men at one point were in good standing with God. Until they chose to have children with ungodly women. Which produced wickedness and disregard of commandments. "Giants" or "mighty men" It's like other men in history with great fame but without the "sons of God" title like Alexander the Great, Misashi Miyamoto, Genghis Khan, Hannibal Barca, etc. Just like Nimrod who became a mighty MAN.

Giant doesn't necessarily have to mean physical size. It could simply mean someone is very good at something and very well known.

About the book of Enoch, i read the first 5 chapter, i can't read it more...

Because it is written about enoch communicate with fallen angels...and even help them asking forgiveness from God.

Holy spirit reminds me that Jesus give us examples to give no opportunity to Satan to talk.
The true Enoch will not waste his time to talk with Satan...
So, i also will not waste my time reading that book.
