Recently I was concerned because of changes in my urine. So at my annual wellness check i mentioned to the doctor that I wasn't feeling that good, most days. Im 67, so I'm pretty conscientious of my health, always stay hydrated, eat well, working on losing weght, watching my y diet, etc. so I never thought my kidneys were in trouble. My internist ran some labs and the next day, the results were in. I was in stage 3 chronic kidney disease. What a shocker! I never dreamed my kidneys were sick. Im not diabetic. Try to be healthy. Dont drink or smoke. Moral is this. Go get your labs done every year, folks! Thanks for your video!

I just see a urologist at 41. What promot me was a declining GFR and sudden urge to urinate. Best thing i have done. It confirmed no bladder cancer and kidneys are good. I need to drink more water and lay off the caffiene. Glad i got this check out.

Alkaline water makes my pee clearer than tap water....is that normal?
