Melanie, girl I did this meditation and the psychic shield meditation yesterday. Holy crap. I feel WAY more empowered. I felt more energetic and I know that it amped up my field. I didn't have any icky thoughts all day long. Most of the time I seem to get stuck like I was running in mud. It felt like I knew all the things I need to do to begun pouring myself into the active development of my LightWork. I just couldn't figure out why I was resisting sitting down at the computer to do it. At first I thought, well maybe I am scared of success or scared of money because I had made mistakes and I might have been afraid to handle it. Maybe I didn't feel like I was smart enough or worthy. I mean I combed myself searching and hunting for the issue as to why I seemed to be repelling but not by any means, dreading sitting down and taking the inspired action I am constantly receiving. I have TONS of ideas written on slips of paper, napkins, in little fancy notebooks that I would keep in my purse to make sure I wouldn't miss anything I received. I guess I thought psychic protection was BS. I was sure I had it figured out that my vibration would protect me from negativity, but what happens when it drops because you felt yucky stuff coming off of someone at the grocery store, or you got impatient in line at the post office. Your vibration has to always be your priority!! So this is now set up as a shortcut on my desktop and so is the psychic shield! I will be doing these everyday now. Like brushing my teeth. No option. If you want confirmation, once you said who has your power? I immediately received a name clairaudiently. I knew instantly. The calling back of my power must have drained her immediately. That cord and my energy must have been supporting her energetically and physically, because today she went to the hospital with chest pains and my husband had to go pick up his son for the night. I was SHOCKED to say the least. She's quite dark, without going into the yucky stuff. I appreciate you so much. I do not feel bad at all for what has unfolded. She did it to herself by projecting negativity. This really works and usually folks will get confirmation either right then or very soon afterwards. Thank you for freeing me from the energy vampire I was dealing with. I feel so grateful for finding your channel!!

Very good complete process! I noticed the site where the main cord was attached--third chakra--power center and I realized that this person has been wanting to take my power. He is a " helper" who needs weak people to need him, so he resents me wanting to claim my own power. This is all unconscious, as consciously he tries to do good things for me.
