I'm fully healed now and no longer feel any guilt for cutting narcs out of my life, including family. I now have peace and energy vampires aren't even welcome into my space. I have to deal with them daily but I Grey rock them and keep talking to a minimal.

I want everyone to understand that we all have a bit of energy vampire tendency. If you are resistant to this please know that you are involving yourself in a victim mentality. Learn to accept yourself more wholly and become more self-aware, then you will be one step closer to healing.

All my life I have been immune to energy vampires . Just dodged their company . I have been called insensitive and cold by them but then you need to protect yourself from getting drained 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you so much for pointing out the positivity. Working in the therapy field I hear the label “Narcissist” to every person that walks through the door. It’s disheartening that our society is so intent on labeling and speaking of the negative constantly. Thank you for being a positive voice for people looking to for some fresh air.
