Don't just assume that energy vampires are only humans.
No one can steal your energy without your permission.
You chose this life, wake up every day and say I chose this life.
Then when you take responsibility for your life, and realize that you are giving people permission to steal your energy, now you become empowered. You have to learn to go in the journey within.
You have to be very mindful of the energy you have from time to time. You should also ask questions about where you are giving energy and where you are receiving it, from whom and in what place.
The energy must be mutual. When you give, you must also receive energy back.

I need to protect my energy. It is not your duty to listen to all the problems of someone if you do not have the tools to protect yourself.
Remind yourself that you have to save your energy first, prioritize yourself and your peace of mind.
Stop allowing people to make you feel guilty or ashamed for just wanting to protect your own peace.
You are not a bad person if you say no. When you are sitting alone and you want to be alone and someone comes and insists on having a conversation with you, you have to be mindful and look them in the eyes and say stop invading my personal space. If you are around an energy vampire they will steal your time because you gave them your time. ⏳
You have to cut off people. You gotta put people in time out. Stop entertaining every conversation, not every conversation is worth your attention, worth and energy. Your time is precious.
If they are not helping you evolve, they are a distraction.
If your smile has disappeared since you were with that person, you are in that job or in that space, this is a sign that it's on you right now to prioritize your peace of mind, your emotional stability and get your smile back. 😃 Every day when you wake up, say that I'm gonna make sure that every time I get back home I will still have my smile and this gotta be a genuine one. Energy vampires distract you from where you need to be. When you increase your energy, then it goes to another frequency and energy vampires will fall out of your life. It's an inside job, it comes from within, if you're always living in fear, know that fear is the biggest energy vampire. Choose love over fear.
To remove energy vampires from your life you have to be the light, to allow the light in your life, to become your greatest version.
If you are in any workplace and you are building foreign dreams, then you are wasting your time and energy instead of building your kingdom and live your dream.
Let go of a life not serving you. Make also sure to take care of your health, by eating live foods which make you feel more alive and not steal your energy.
