go more handheld is the real deal, i filmed a bunch of weddings with gimbals but the shots i liked the most were all taken handheld so i switched 2 years ago to almost handheld only. Gives you the full control of your camera movement. I work with the sony a7siii the stabilisation is great for handeld, for gimbal like shots i try to use more things in the foreground to make less distance moves or i use gyro data for stabilsation
