My employer allows for naps. We all take 45 minutes and we have all found we are a little happier working together. No crash allowed. Chit you not.

So true, I usually don’t take / drink caffeine before 60-90 minutes after I woke up-1-2 hours after breaking my fast

you wont crash around 2-3 in the afternoon.. instead youll crash at 3:30-5:00 in the afternoon because you drank the coffee 90 minutes later

The solution that works best for me is simple, and i always instantly fall asleep when i go to bed so it works out perfectly.

I wake up with a quadruple espresso and a small cigar wirh filter. Just so i can takr a sh*t easily. Than i have breakfast with another double espresso.

Ofc i have to drive to the office or to clients so i fill my cup with 2 lungos and 2 espressos on top. Ofc as soon as i arrive i get offered a cup of coffee, which i down with a cup of coffee. Than every hour orso i hydrate with a cup of coffee.

After lunch i drink 1 glas of water, and fill my water glass



With coffee.
So i dont crash.
Than till like 4/5 pm i drink coffee and then i drive home with a paper cup to bring in my car with some nore coffee.

Ow very important dont put sugar in your coffee.

So when i get home the first thing i do is drink an espresso and start cooking.

After dinner i take a double espresso snd hit the gym.

After thr gym i need to hydrate and drink some more water in the form of an Americano.

Walk the dog, warm up with an espresso go shower and bed.
I crash hard end of thr day when im in bed.

I prefer using Guarana tablets throughout the day for steadier smoother longer energy and focus and then 1000mg of Korean Ginseng tablets mid afternoon to replenish my adrenal glands making me as fresh and breezy as I was was in the morning without any crashes or jitteriness I’d get from using regular caffeine .
