Hodgkin's lymphoma is a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system, which is part of the body's germ-fighting immune system. In Hodgkin's lymphoma, white blood cells called lymphocytes grow out of control, causing swollen lymph nodes and growths throughout the body. I think you made a mistake on staging HL. Both side of diaphragm in stage 3 is above and below, not left and right based on spine.

Thought very necessary to add that the Ann Arbor staging got muddled along the way viz:
* ' On either side of the diaphragm ' refers to grom chest upwards and abdomen below as opposed to on either side of the chest.
"A single extra nodal involvement is still stage 1 in the absence of a lymphadenopathy .

This is probably the most advanced lecture i saw about Hodgkings. I really love the way you lecture, and with all the stuff writen and showned. I just wanted to tell you that you should add on this video about 5 minutes about radiation therapy in treating Hodgins. I am medical physicist and we radiate lot of patient with Hodgins, cervical, clavicular, axilary, mediastinum, and nodes bellow diaphragm. Keep doing i really loved your work

Dear zach please rectify ann harbor staging, if H.L is present on both sides of diaphragm above and below not side by side it is stage 3 and if on same side it will be either stage one or two

I don't ever drink, and the main reason is that for a few years I experienced pain in the back of my head everytime I drank alcohol. Thanks to this video I now know why. Very common in people with HL
