The DX for lymphoma can vary from one another, since it is also a different form of disease, based on stages of cancer and early detection. The procedure for this DX is determination of a case build, MCO-HCO-MSA instructions for health, respective expertise shall determine DX if multiple or non. Refer to MCO case determination for PLA instructions. Tiers 1 and 2, Levels 1 and 2 Employers and Employees, Concern to be addressed accordingly per expertise. I was diagnosed Stage 4 last month at age 63 and started ABVD regime 5 days ago. Initially scheduled for 2 cycles (4 infusions). Mine was discovered in a scan that diagnosed an enlarged lymph node. Also discovered elsewhere after a PET scan. Only getting chemo, no radiation.
