In this video, I share one of my secret tools to great learning targets (also known as learning objectives). Bloom's Taxonomy is a great resource for creating lesson plans that reach all your students (including ESL, ESOL, ELD) at the different stages of learning.

Bloom's taxonomy starts with more simple learning and moves into more complex learning. Teachers can use this resource when creating both units and daily lesson learning targets.

Whether it's elementary school, middle school, or high school, teaching can has its challenges. From managing student behavior in your classroom to planning out curriculum to working with parents, there is a lot to learn!
