Guys... this works. Seriously, literally did it most nights and most mornings and I noticed a big difference in the general sharpness of my jawline and chin - do this regularly along side occasional cardio exercise and you’ll see a massive improvement in no time

I just want to say that THIS WORKS. I’ve been doing these exercises for 1 month and i see huge changes. My cheeks are more hollow, my under chin is more flat and jawline is much more defined. Do these exercises, they work!! And make sure to keep good tongue posture, it was hard at first, but the “sing” technique he mentioned rly helped. Hope you guys see results soon!
