The first remedy is to cut the causative factor. This can be achieved by short term hourly breaks in between your schedule in which you will completely concentrate on your eyes. May be rub your arm and place them on your eyes for 5 to 10 minutes and then eye exercises will definitely help in this matter. As a part of daily routine jalneeti or sootraneeti which is the yogic procedures wherein we have to do it under supervision would definitely help in the dry eye syndrome by lubricating the eyes or producing more of tears just by clearing the nasolacrimal duct. This can be a part of daily routine. If the intensity is more there are very good procedures in ayurveda like tharpana or ashwadha where medicated ghee is instilled into the eyes.
