No joke, I had an O'Reilly's employee tell my customer I miss diagnose his car today. I got called out on a 2008 sienna start stall issue. I hooked up my scope to the ignition coil sensing circuit because of the codes. Right away I noticed there was only 2.3 volts instead of 5 (koeo). I unplugged the front 3 coils, no luck. Removed intake manifold and the first coil I unplugged on the rear bank the voltage went to 5. So the customer just bought coils 5 months ago from O'Reilly's. He went up there to get a warranty swap and the new employee said the coil was fine because it didn't smell or look burnt. No bs this is the second time he's done this sh#t. I put the new coil in and the van ran great . I can't believe this guy.. I diagnose for 4 auto shops, 3 body shops and 3 car lots in my area and a guy at O'Reilly's is going to diagnose by just looking and smelling apart. He really got under my skin today.

uscope is sweet for quick checks for sure. I use it a lot jarhead diagnostic sells a protective case if your interested.

Love it man! Back when my uScope was my only scope I used to do that all the time. Found quite a few bad modules in the process! That scope is pretty excellent for so much. But quick dirty test like that are definitely where it shines, thanks for the great content as always bro!

I like my uscope, very handy tool to own, I have mine with JarHeads case to be able to use the regular size BNC. 👌🏽

Uscope is good but Hscope is much cheaper and better support
