I’ve been watching your videos, I desperately need to find a decent builder for a loft conversion, so my adopted kids can get a bedroom each, I don’t suppose you are available to quote/hire, this is something I can only afford to do once so can’t get entangled with a cowboy! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Hi, thanks for the tutorial as always, it is nice to see more and learn something new. Unfortunately it is useless for me and believe that around 30 percent of people from UK (and it is rising, more people move to new buildings), because developers started to make lofts with a truss system. I have no idea why it is happening, probably most simple method with less material cost... One (not only) of a biggest pain of newbuildings in UK...
