tip: add the galic later, perhaps 2 minutes before removing the asparagus.
That way the garling won't burn (really nasty taste) and it will still fuse with the butter very nicely

I started with a cold skillet and put the butter and garlic at same time on medium until the butter was meleted then added the asparagus and sauteed it was awesome! I used clarified butter it has a higher burn temperature.

highlaw is absolutely right ! should have read his comment before making it, add garlic with  a couple of minutes so you don't burn

Am i the only 1 who enjoy their vegetables crisp? I boil salt water. Put the veggies in a strainer, & pour the boiled salt water on them. Then, saute them in the skillet with whatever seasonings i choose 2 use. That way, the veggies are sterilized, softened, seasoned, sautéed, & cooked, while still being somewhat in it's natural state.

Soy sauce loaded with salt but good like it on a lot of things but health comes first

I watch a lot of cooking videos, & this one is great. I noticed that in most videos the chef is painstakingly chopping garlic. I'll pit my garlic press against your chopping any day!
