I want to teach you how to eat healthy so that you can live a long productive life and fulfill God's design for you. But let's just say you want to look pretty at the same time, right? Yes, I totally agree. What you eat has just as much of an impact on your skin as what you put on your skin with your skincare products.

Now let me just ask you, do you have pimples? Do you have acne? Do you have psoriasis? Do you have Eczema? You might want to look at what you're eating and see that changing your diet to Biblical foods makes a difference.

Today I want to share with you seven biblical foods that are going to make a difference in how beautiful you are.

The first is the most important - it's drinking water! You've got to have water in your diet. Just drink water. It's okay if you want to add real fruit or real vegetables, cucumbers to make it more palatable, but don't be buying processed things. Just drink water. Think of your skin as either a grape or raisin. Raisins are all wrinkly and dry. A grape is plump and full. Do you want to have wrinkles? Well, no. Who wants wrinkles? No, we want to always have good elasticity in our skin. So you need to drink water.

Second is fatty fish. Very healthy for you and really good for your skin. I eat wild Alaskan Salmon. We make salmon patties out of this on Saturday afternoon. Fatty fish is very important because of the Omega 3s.

The next is something I enjoy every day - green tea. I really want you to only buy organic green tea. Make sure there's no other additives in your tea.

Next is dark chocolate. I have 6 little chocolate chips each day as a treat. Must be 70% cocoa or higher. No milk chocolate!

If you look at a lot of natural skincare products you will see avocado in the ingredients! They have lots of vitamins A, D, and E. There are lots of phytonutrients in avocados. You can add it to your diet in many different ways just by eating regular avocados and we also have started using an avocado oil to cook with.

Almonds, when you buy them raw, have such a healthy fat in them that your skin loves it. Maybe 10 whole almonds a day would be amazing for your health. They have a lot of B vitamins. And this is why people who are going through depression or PMS symptoms that some problems with skin break outs because they don't have enough B vitamins.

Last is Kale, but specifically nutrients called carotenoids. Carotenoids are the bright vibrant colors that are in food. Kale is also getting to be on the list that you need to buy organic because of the heavy pesticides. Besides that Kale has a lot of fiber.

So there's other foods that are are really high on the carotenoids list. The list that I have here is mangos, papayas, carrots and yams, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, spinach, a lot of other vegetables that will help you just look amazing.

Great foods mentioned in the bible are lamb, flax, olives and olive oil, goats milk, date honey, bread, pomegranates, figs, grapes and fermented grapes, coriander and parsley (bitter herbs), sprouted grains, beans, barley, lentils, leafy greens, onions.

My husband and I went vegan Nov 2019 and since then I lost 65 and he’s lost 50 pounds. When we turned to processed foods out of connivence, we both put back on about 15-20 pounds. We have now gone back to whole foods and making our own instead of buying processed - also, I feel run down and sluggish as well as having inflammation. I make smoothies every morning and I actually add many of the items you listed; almonds, kale, mango in his, and I’ll now start adding the flax seed as well - this is a great way to start the day also, it’s so refreshing and yummy. I feel better overall eating clean. Thank you for these videos and the encouragement you offer.

This is amazing! I am a christian and I am very overweight. I am wheelchair bound due to having severe Myalgic Encephalomyelitis commonly known as M.E. I also have type 2 Diabetes, and quite advanced Osteoarthritis. I felt Father God ask me to check out Biblical food and so I stumbled across your channel on YouTube tonight. I have already watched a few of your videos and I am blown away. It all makes perfect sense. I am determined to lose weight, and I can so relate to what you're saying about skin. I often don't drink enough fluids, because I am often too sick to go and fetch any. For the same reason I often skip meals so I am starving and when I do get to eat I am gorging ravenous! I am thinking maybe of getting a small countertop fridge to stick in my bedroom to store water in. And maybe some healthy foods that you have mentioned. My weight ballooned because of psychiatric medication way before the M.E. progressed to being severe. But I fully believe that a change to Biblical foods is going to work wonders! I am excited! It's definitely time for a change. I will definitely need to start drinking more. I struggle with the bleach taste of our tap water here in Scotland in the UK. So I tend to use a small amount of diluting juice no added sugar to hide the taste so I can drink it. But I still feeling extremely nauseous despite this so am struggling to drink anything much and I am becoming very dehydrated indeed. I am not sure the safest bottled water. I am thinking I need to switch to this for the reasons I mentioned. I believe the tap water with all the chemicals are making me very unwell. Thank You so much for this channel. What you think i should use to take to help curb my appetite because i need to fast, i have kidney damage, ive been diabetic for 20 years and i even eat a salad with nutrient dense veggies and my blood sugar still goes high .
I had to stop eating meat, yes chicken and hamburger and pork, had to stop consuming dairy. I would get very sick and insulin resistance! Please pray for me sister! My name is Jessica!

I have terrible insulin resistance now and insulin doesn't work! I used an antibiotic two months ago and insulin resistance started!
I believe God can and will heal me! But meanwhile i may need to fast and its hard 😭

Just a note on water. They have really done a number on us all with our tap water. I would suggest buying spring water (after you do your research on them of course). It’s just sad that the water we get out of the tap has been treated with so many chemicals and chlorine and yes it does have flouride (the bad kind!). So just sayin... might be a good thing to drink mostly spring.. or even distilled.. but I then make sure I add a little trace minerals. 💕. On another note.. you’re awesome!!
