My story of fear was getting my license. I was 24 years old and everyone around me had theirs and got theirs when they were about 17 and here I was, 24 years old without hers. I got so embarrassed when I had to provide ID and people would see that it was a Beginner Permit at 24. And I was so scared to get my license because I had already failed the driving course twice and I kept feeding my mind with fear saying, “I won’t get it. I can’t get it. I’m not good enough.” And on my 3rd try, I passed because I prayed and prayed and told myself that I can do anything I set my mind to. I believe in myself that I can achieve it. And I had so much confidence and faith going into the DMV and I succeeded. 💕

Regarding solo travel: Who would I eat with? Who would I talk to? What if the plane crashes? So many voices within my head that could’ve stopped me from going anywhere. 6 years later, I’ve taken over 50 flights alone, I’ve been to 6 different countries solo. I’ve made some of the best connections while traveling alone. You miss out on conversations and connections with new people when you’re constantly buddied up with someone. You see things from a different perspective. You soak up the atmosphere in totality when you’re alone. To this day, my mom sends me links to horror travel stories to try and dissuade me from traveling alone and I assure her that A: it can happen anywhere and B: traveling alone doesn’t make me any less cautious or any less aware of my surroundings. Keep up the good work, Breeny!! Ppl need this message.

I applied for 2 internships during university and my anxiety before the actual interviews (they both invited me) was an absolute joke, i was going crazy in my head - what if i dont know an answer - what if i fail and embaress myself..all that stuff, i prepared so much and studied everything about these companys
So long Story short - both interviews went more than great they both offered me to spent my internship there and mentioned they love to have me working for them - all my fear, me going mental making up the worst scenarios in my head - WHY?? absolutely unnecessary!!
So no more fear!!
And never underestimate your worth! Dont sell yourself cheap! I learned that i have a lot to offer and that im very good in what i study! Never let fear rule ❤ Have faith in yourself!
