I can completly agree with this!Everytime I am nervous or shy to do something I start overthinking and when I overthink I end up not doing it at all, so the best way to overcome this, is by facing the problem head on, no overthink no nothing, just go there without a plan and see what happens, not doing it is the worst thing that can happen(of course this does not apply to really everything..)
