Wining of Gaurav Gogoi is a complete defeat, particularly for Himanta B Sarma and bringing a significant challenge for him in upcoming Assembly election in Assam. It’s certainly, none can form government in Assam without the seats in Upper Assam. If he is really serious, he may take prompt action to complete development projects (viz. 4lane highways to Dibrugarh, Lachit Borphukan’s tomb, Jorhat-Majuli bridge etc.) of Upper Assam at the earliest, or else…..😢😢😢
