I fix it by turning off my controller while still in game then when I turned my controller back on quickly press the button I needed and it worked

I FOUND A fix, you won’t believe it but I saw a comment in another video, u literally just have to hit the remote off the floor (slightly hard) on the top left corner and it fixes it. I have no idea why or how I just thought I’d try it and it worked

You guys may think your back triggers are the problem it may involve l1 and r1 so pull down your back triggers “I took a butter knife” and saw one of them where slanted in so go between the triggers and try to get it unstuck <carefully>!!!!
I literally had every problem and that was the fix! I hope this helps

Dropped the controller and it stopped working in game. Turning it off and pressing x on a YouTube video showed good results but videos were being fast forwarded. The fix was to drop the controller on its back until it works again. Did it while sitting on a chair so wasn't too high or too low.

Mines now broke. It all started when I downloaded fc25. Now my remote works on the main menu until I start an app. Then it doesn’t work in game unless I turn it off and back on. But then in game L2 and R2 doesn’t work😂. It was fine until I downloaded fc25 so I thought that may be the problem, deleted that and redownloaded the game but still doesn’t work. Any help?? Also all 4 suggestions in video didn’t work

I’ve never ran into this issue at all in all my years of gaming now I do. Controller works just fine going through the menus, but once I boot a game up, I get told it’s disconnected even when plugged in. Nothing anyone has mentioned even works.

Hi guys, if after all that your controller doesn't work in the game, you need to put your PS5 in Safe Mode. (1- Close your PS5. 2- Press and hold the power button until you heard 2 bio in a row 3- Reopen the PS5 by pressing the power button) After that you gonna be in the Safe Mode menu with 7 options, choose the fifth. Follow the instruction and everything should be fix ! :)

hmm any fix for when the buttons dont do as they should? i play ac valhalla, and instead of Odins sight, i change weapon. and when i jump i attack. kinda impractical 😂
