A few days back my laptop upgraded to 360° rotating display so I just removed the display part completely and now I am using it as a PC.
So if you have an old laptop, don't throw it away.

Before you do anything on your laptop, remove the battery! Otherwise you risk damaging your laptop!(like burned PCH)

You know for a large majority of the videos runtime I legit thought that this was a MacBook but when I saw the windows boot up I knew I need to look a little deeper. But you know you can also do this with a Nintendo DS? It can allow you to use it as a game boy advance.

If the WiFi antennas are on the screen or around the Bessel make sure to re-locate then of use ethernet

Im glad my HP wasnt the only HP to have this issue. This helped me fix it. Just need a USB Wifi adapter. Thanks for sharing this

So unfortunately most laptop have the Wi-Fi antenna in the screen, so if you take it off you also probably won’t have wireless network, wired connection should still work
