My friend i have seen only a few of your videos, you are doing a good work, substantial and correct information.
I am proponent of KETONIC biochemistry
I stay between 0.50 to 0.75 blood glucose CONSTANTLY.
My ketons are between 3-4 to 9
Unfortunately i am so obsessive that often i violate my diet, (there was a time that for about 2 years i was out of my diet)
Last, about, 4-5 months i started fasting, i am keeping 24 hours fasting, try to go to 2 times 36 and aim to 48 and 72 successively, steadily, no metabolic flexibility, keto-carbo-keto.
I am 57 years old, obsessive, ready to collect all possible diseases, so it is my only choice.

I dont want to lose weight but have many health issues at a young age including severe gerd, arthritis and stomach issues. Would eating more calories on the non fasting days become unhealthy?

Whenever I skip meal, I get cramps and headache... For that reason I do eat 3 times... Well intermittent fasting sounds amazing... I'll give it a try...
