*Evil dead rise was something else. Very different from any horror movie I’ve seen.*

Now that you’ve mentioned Megan, I would love to see Top 10 or 20 movies that will make you lose your faith in artificial intelligence.

No One Will Save You was my favorite horror movie this year. I loved it so much! The decision to make that whole film without the use of dialogue was genius, and it made all the scares more suspenseful and terrifying!

SAW X even after 10 movies Jigsaw can still scare the living Hell out of people.

Did not expect to not see "When Evil Lurks", especially after seeing "Huesera", since it's also a foreign film; so not sure what happened here. When evil lurks, for me, easily the best horror movie of the year.

I went to see Saw X on release day along with PAW Patrol 2 because I thought it was funny how two more polar opposite movies came out at the same time and I’d never seen anything from either franchise before but I still had a good time with both (I saw the respective first movies so I didn’t go in completely blind)

While superhero movies and Disney's animated films have all bombed big time, Horror movies this year and maybe last year, have risen back to popularity.
It's great to be a horror movie fan.

I had no idea the Racka boys directed Talk to Me, they've done incredible stunt work on their YouTube channel, I had no idea they went into directing! And what they produced was utter MAGIC

I watched No One Will Save You not knowing anything about it or what to expect. Was blown away, I didn't even notice there wasn't any dialogue the acting was so good.

How is Last Voyage of the Demeter not on this list? That movie was great! It made vampires scary again!

Talk to me was a very interesting movie. I liked the plot. However, it was too easy to see what was coming next

I know it isn’t originally a horror movie, but I thought FNaF was pretty good, and the numbers prove this

Glad to see Skinamarink, Talk to Me and Evil Dead Rise on the list, but not even mention of When Evil Lurks?

1 Thanksgiving (Despite some bad acting, John Carver is the latest and greatest slasher in the horror genre. It is a demented and frightening gore-fest that horror fans would thoroughly enjoy. I was absolutely blown away)
2 M3GAN (I’d put this lower since it’s not as violent or scary as the others, but it’s extremely entertaining and an all-around great time. Just like Saw X, it’s quite emotional and heartfelt as well. The unrated cut pretty much kept this movie at the #2 spot)
3 Saw X (It’s got a surprising amount of heart for a gory horror film. Tobin Bell delivered an incredible performance. Probably the most graphic one I saw along with Thanksgiving)
4 Scream VI (Predictable, but one of the most intense in the franchise)
5 Five Nights at Freddy’s (Could’ve been scarier and more violent, but as a FNAF fan, I got quite the fan service)

I also saw Knock at the Cabin, but it was very disappointing despite the great acting and incredible suspense
