Now oysters finally have a chance to harvest pearls from humans😂

It is important to point out that you don't HAVE to take them away.
Many many people in the world live happy lives with milia on their skin.
This video kinda implies that if they don't go away on their own, if they don't go away with products then you should get them extracted. But this is not true.
You can keep them on, it is fine

I've had them all my life for as long as I can remember. Mostly around the eyes.

Sulfur soap will help. Apply on wet face. Let sit for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse well. Light moisturizer.

You guys don't just use tiny needles and poke holes so you can squeeze them out?? If they last longer than a couple months, I just poke a hole or a couple when needed and pop them out making sure to get everything then use alocohol on it (and the needle while doing it

Please show examples of dermatological phenomena on DIFFERENT SKIN TONES! I might have milia on my face, and I wouldn't know, because I have no idea how melanin changes how this looks on the skin.

I had a huuuuge one removed from my lips and I asked the surgeon if I could take a peep and i swear it looked STUNNING, shinny, round and sorta iridescent even 😂

I get these but retinol cream really helps minimize them :>

Even on my postmenopausal skin, moisturizers that are too rich can do this on my skin. I have to be careful to keep all products off that one spot and use exfoliants on it.

I developed milia on my upper lip a few years ago. These are barely raised. I used Tretinoin at 3 strengths over time. Milia still there. 2 weeks ago, more are showing, plus some under the lower lip, and one with a tiny head.
My dermatologist didn't think the trending would help. She used the removing method. * yesterday I saw a new dermatologist, who uses cauterization to get rid of Milia. Adding, that it could leave a mark. She did one on my chin which looks untouched, and one at the front of my eyebrow.

Omg! I have had these pimples on my face for over two years. The same ones have been there for two years. They don’t pop and are hard. I never knew what they were. And now I finally know what they are.

I’ve had milia ever since puberty. The best treatment is to just gently lance them and apply salicylic acid type products to wash the wound. Then you have to use a loop tool to press it out. Tbh I have and have had milia seeds that just come back and always have for 15+ years and new ones appear or vanish. It’s better to just try to lance them and apply minimal pressure but if they are too deep, just leave them. They aren’t growing since they’re encapsulated. (My milia condition happens under the eye on my high cheek bones and my forehead.

I removed one from my Ex's eye lid once. Luckily it all went well, i just went in with a sterile needle and when it was open, pressed it out like a blackhead. Used wound desinfectant after, it healed fast and never came back.
But it did look like a pearl

i got one from overusing vaseline, i thought it was new birthmark developing but one day (after like half a year) i managed to 'pop' it out. it was incredibly satisfying

I remember a few years ago i had one of these on my eye. Shit affected my self esteem but i kept waiting for it to go way on its own unill eventually after waiting for like a year and a half i got fed up ( note that i do not recommend doing this and know it was a stupid idea) and i took a knew hobby knife i had gotten
Spritzed it with 91% alcohol and VERY carefully cut a small opening where it was and took it out

That HURT but my god did i feel so much more confident with it out

Which eye creams might be a better option for those who might get milia here and there? Thank you!

>w< I rip them out as soon as I see them. They annoy me to no end.
Oddly, next to no scarring. I do need to be better about exfoliating my pores though, but that's another story. Yay for being an abnormally fast healer!

Yep! Hereditary in my case. My mom had them in later life. She never had a pimple in her lifetime!!! I sure did..had pimples that is. So I am very careful not put any heavy cream s under my eye or on my eye lids! 🤷‍♀️
