I always extract them myself. Hurts like hell, but it builds character.

Best option: get them removed by a professional
Me: reaches out to the needle that’s inside my grandmother’s empty cookie container

I've removed some myself. Thought they were zits and I couldn't take them being there so thank you for clearing up what they are .

Master estheticians can do this as well. Love you mentioned this! So many people try to get them by themselves!!!! This leads to scars and discoloration.

I have them for as long as I can remember. Now I just embrace them.

If You going to pop them yourself:
1. Use alcohol rub to clean the skin!
2. A clean sharp needle, use it very carefully!
3. Now with gloves or very clean hands or like in the video use a pair of tipex to pop the white out!
🌺 Good Luck 🙏

I had one below my eye. I was careful and took a needle to penetrate the head, and it was hard to squeeze out. I finally got it out and it really hurt but the blemish left behind, took a few days to disappear.

I had one on my eyelid for years and couldn’t stand staring at it anymore so I looked up how dermatologists remove them and did it myself. Took a needle, stabbed it a few times then gently pressed the skin til the puss came out.

I had one these right below my brow line. I thought it would eventually just go away. After living with it for 2-3 yrs I just about accepted defeat and thought this ugly and distracting bump was now okay of my identity. Until I discovered Neutrogena's Light Therapy pen. This device is a miracle and worked so fast. In just under 10 min. and only 2 two min. long periods of usage, the milia I lived with for over 2 yrs was gone just like that, seriously couldn't believe it worked so effectively.

i had some milia by my eyes. one was directly by my waterline. i had tried several ahas, but they kept irritating the skin around my eyes. i used the beauty of joseon retinal and ginseng eye cream, and it got rid of all of them and without any irritation. it took a couple of days for some and a little over a week for some more stubborn ones.

I extract my own milia. Guess I shouldn't be doing that.
