It sounds so tasty. I wonder if the mango puree is what threw it off. Maybe too much moisture? Maybe dried mango would be better

The mix of dried and fresh mango is whats up. I see what you were tryin to do. People think if you add an ingredient it becomes -rando ingredient-established dish eg. Beet hummus, green chili etoufee, etc etc. You need to compliment it because no ingredient behaves exactly the same. That defines a chef, knowing how to highlight the flavors you want. You know what also makes a chef? Knowing you made trash lol I always ask cooks i know whats the worst thing you ever made, if they dont have an answer (barring lemme think on it) i lose respect. Iykyk. Keep on doin your thing man. Big ups
