Honestly, don’t let the title deceive you. You’ll see that it is low impact and knee friendly but half way through the first circuit I was breathless 😅 I wanted to give up, but instead I chose just to go slower. I’m hoping with time and continuous use of this video I’ll get through it smoothly and keep up with the pace. Thanks for the challenge Heather ❤

Today marks two weeks since I started my "weight loss journey." I'm relying on YouTube for my exercises and this is the first one that actually did anything for me. I've been doing other "knee friendly" HIIT workouts but the concept of "knee friendly" was apparently foreign for the creators. I've had surgery on my left knee twice and the other one is messed up too so it was really cool to be able to complete a workout and actually feel good about myself. And 30 minutes, too! It didn't feel like torture! Now I'm ready to start my day with a good mood. Thank you, Heather!

I had my knee replaced about 8 weeks ago (old injury), the doctor said I can start working out again. This was a great workout for me to get back into it! Thank you!

Got heated enough during this workout that my breath started fogging in the air (outside door open + raining outside), so that's a testament to how sweaty this one is! I came to this workout after getting upset at how much I was struggling to keep up my coordination with someone else's video (I might as well have three left feet) and this one made me feel really good about being able to keep up without tipping myself over!

I’m 10 weeks postpartum and this was perfect for getting me back into some gentle(ish) exercising. It felt so good to be moving and my insides didn’t fall out!

I had a knee injury several months back and was scared of working out. I tried this workout and it was a great challenge and I know with some consistency I will be able to do it smoothly. I didn't have any trouble with my knees so I'm happy to say it's a great start thanks for this challenge I loved it and my fear is gone.
