I did this with a metallic measuring tape. It was a bad idea.

So when I did this I pulled tight, but not enough to dig in and break the skin. I stood as I normally do, which I tighten my abs when standing. I got 36.8 on my measuring tape.

So when y’all say dig into skin do you mean break skin, leave mark on skin, or if it looks like it’s pushing in on skin?

Should I Untighten my abs when measuring?
