So I have fibromyalgia, I was diagnosed when I was 12 years old. For the past 3 weeks I have dealing with a bad flare up and tonight I couldn’t sleep due to pain. This was one of the first videos I found, and my hips/lower back feel so much better. I might be able to sleep now thank you so much for doing this resource! I sleep poorly and have low energy in the morning and these classes help me because of the gentle nature and slow pacing. It can make such difference just to chill out and stretch. Thank you for what you do!

I was diagnosed in May w Fibro, I am 22 and have dealt w the pains my whole life. Last year I started using a cane despite not having a set diagnosis because my joint pain was just that bad and my limping was noticeable
I ofc have a treatment ongoing but first two appts I had my doctor saw little improvement, I needed to make more changes to my life style and stretching w ur videos has helped me sm including to recover a lot of my leg mobility 💖💖💖 thank u sm
