2.5 The Lion Threat, Two Lions - State Transition Graph

We expand on the lion threat example and support two lions. The example shows that it is not always obvious how to make the state transition graph. It really requires some practice to master it. After ruling out the possibility of three states we manage to find a solution that uses four states.
