Key Differences Between EGW and Evangelicalism:

The Sabbath – EGW strongly emphasized worship on Saturday (the seventh-day Sabbath), which differs from the common Evangelical practice of Sunday worship.

The Investigative Judgment – She taught that in 1844, Jesus entered a phase of ministry in the heavenly sanctuary called the investigative judgment, a doctrine unique to Adventism.

Health Reform & Lifestyle – EGW promoted vegetarianism, abstinence from alcohol and tobacco, and holistic health practices, which are not central to Evangelical teachings.

Prophetic Authority – Many Evangelicals believe in sola scriptura (Scripture alone), while Adventists accept EGW’s writings as a "lesser light" that provides inspired guidance.

State of the Dead & Hell – EGW rejected the immortality of the soul and the idea of eternal torment in hell, instead teaching soul sleep and the eventual destruction of the wicked (annihilationism).
Similarities with Evangelicalism:

Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus

The second coming of Christ (though with different theological emphases)

Moral and ethical teachings based on the Bible

While EGW and Adventism share common ground with Evangelicals on many Christian doctrines, most Evangelicals do not consider Adventists to be fully part of Evangelicalism due to their distinctive teachings.
