Still don't get probability. No matter how much videos I will watch under probability, still never got it. I hope I'm not the only one struggling with probability.

I know people are saying you need to simplify but just saying that the question is multiple choice so technically since 2/5 isn’t an answer then 10/25 is the answer to this question but if it was a open answer question then yes it would be 2/5

This simple probability is comprehendible, but how to solve such problems as:

There're 2 vending machines in the mall. The probability that one of them will get out of order is 0, 6, but probability that both is 0, 3. Find the probability that none of them will get out of order.

First time I look at this problem I thought these events are dependent and we definitely should use inverse probability, but still, unsure if it's right

To find probability you 1st must find the total. Which is 25 so that’s our denominator then our numerator will just be how many of which they want. So 8 are females are younger, and 2 males are older. 8+2=10. So that our numerator. So the answer is 10/25.

What is the probability of the moon darkening 7 out of 7 towns named Nineveh, at greater than 90.7% totality, and even the one that was misspelled, with a "vah" in KY, at 97%+ totality, as the moon crosses the U.S. in a curved path, in a single day, plus the only 2 named that, in Canada? Then throw in 1 town named Jonah with total coverage, and only 2 in the entire U.S. have that name, and then throw in the one and only 1 tiny town in the entire U.S. named Rapture at 100% coverage. Wonder how one would figure out that probability?

I thought it was A. Because i made it lowest term cause 4times5 is equal to 20 and 2 divided by 40 is 25, so i thought it was right sorry😅 (4/25 is what i think the answer)

Technically it’s 2/5 because you need to simplify it. I’m 14 in 8th grade and my teachers said that was important so just wanted to remind people. have a great day.
