Social media can be such a double-edged sword. It connects us, but it can also consume so much time and impact mental health. I’ve been using an app called carecheck, and it’s been a game-changer. It’s all about privacy, has no ads, and focuses on meaningful caring connections rather than endless scrolling. It’s a reminder of how we can use tech in a more balanced, intentional way and teach children how to use technology in a safe caring environment. No external views, connect and approve users that are in your contact lists. Feels like something we could all benefit from.
