Her cold, calculated stare, to where her facade slips and she looks like she resets herself is scary as well. Sorry...gotta add this too: she looks like she is always trying to control her inner rage. Maybe that's what all the blinking and jaw ticks are trying to do.

Part of the reason she seems so creepy is because her fake smiles & emotions change so quickly, natural emotions do not change quickly - she’s only mimicking positive emotions due to being a narcissist.

As a victim of narcissistic abuse myself, all I can say is, it’s a wild harrowing ride for him. And that, is an understatement.
