Harry has his own family. He said so in the GMA interview. I thought that was a rude way of saying, he doesn't need the extended family. He has his wife and kiddos. He's said this in prior interviews too.

The way she just stands around. Both of them are truly thick. Both limited, emotionally arrested people.

I think that Mrs Harry is desperate to find her next partner. If she can land someone really rich, she will be off like a shot. I think Harry was so desperate to get someone to love him that he gaslighted her when they met, and she thought he was richer and more important than he actually was. She thought she would have access to all the jewels and live in a castle and she would be on a par with Catherine and Harry would be joint King one day.
I think that once they left the Royal Family and started living on Harrys money she realised that she had allowed herself to be fooled and she has been looking for a really, really rich man ever since. Unfortunately she hasn't been able to nab a billionaire. And every year she gets a bit older and a bit more desperate. They have spent all Harry's money, so if they divorce, she will get half of nothing, while he will be able to trail back to Pa with his tail between his legs, but Pa will always find a home for him and give him an allowance. I think even William would give Harry home (well away from Catherine and the Wales children) and an allowance provided he would live quietly.
Harry is stuck, he can't get away from his wife, and she is not welcome back in the UK. But she can't find a new meal ticket or she would be off like a ferret down a rabbit hole!
