Mine is there but it wont let me move the things on the panel or change where everything sits. Like left, right, center. Or by using panel edit. Maybe I'm not doing something right, but I thought it was as simple as "panel edit" then drag the icons. Anyone have this problem?

I appreciate the video, but maybe not do this with a color scheme that makes it impossible to SEE that 1:24 to 1:30 " one of those red lines that appear on your screen with a left click " Your panel is so close to being red that it's impossible to see that in the example.
