All these kids. No money. The defendant has three children. Needs a roommate. Trying to open a daycare. Plaintiff moves in her children in with a whole stranger. Alexa, call CPS.

The plaintiff was telling the truth. The ad that the defendant presented states a new born but when the plaintiff moved in she was still pregnant. She probably changed it after

I wish they could see when the ‘ad’ was posted or edited.. The defendant was lying, how can you afford to pay a nanny yet you’re asking for a loan? It was definitely a free room!

I trust that plaintiff. I feel like she got in a bad situation. I would have an attitude too if the judge wasn't listening to me smh.

I felt the plaintiff. I was getting annoyed at the judge too. It’s frustrating when you know somebody lying but you don’t have supporting evidence to help your case smh

I want $1, 000 emotional distress just for listening to those two!

This case is highly disturbing. How do you trust people around your children like that? They are both a mess

You sleep isn't a death threat. And she definitely changed the ad. I know a liar

They did her dirty she definitely changed the add, how was she talking about having a newborn but then clearly states she was still pregnant when the girl moved in

Judge you didn’t even hear the Plantiff side . Sleep does in fact mean you’re tripping in slang . The girl (defendant) clearly revised/ edit her post … this ruling was really unfair . You don’t take your time to hear people out and think you know so much especially when it comes to emotional distress situations …

I believe she changed the ad. Nursing student, a mom and working. I don’t think she had the means to pay for a Nanny. She admit to owing her $800 yet she was awarded $400

I wouldn’t even trust someone from Craigslist to watch my dog, let alone move in and watch my children. Clearly they both have horrible judgment, just asking for something stupid to happen.

I feel for the plaintiff because it’s a trusting person would give you 1200 when you’ve just hired them\just moved in. This judge is frustrating to say the least.

I’m disappointed in the judge. She doesn’t have spirit of discernment it’s so obvious that the defendant is lying. The plaintiff looked like she wanted to cry she was frustrated and upset about the situation and you can tell that she was telling the truth

Btw Judge Milian should know that the publisher of a Craigslist ad can upload and update it at any time

I honestly feel bad for the plaintiff. She was mad because the other girl was lying but she couldn’t prove it. A story is just a story without evidence and some people can’t accept that.

The judge is so antagonizing and annoying lol. Plaintiff was about to call out the bogus story the defendant told and the judge cut her off so she bristled. Suddenly the judge starts trolling her and telling her that her demeanor was a problem? Lol what a joke

I believe the plaintiff when she says she responded to the live in nanny ad. You can most definitely doctor up an ad, the judge in this case should’ve made the defendant prove that was the original ad by showing dates that coincide with their messages. I felt bad for the plaintiff because she was telling the truth but had no evidence of it, which makes it just a tale.
