A tenant was kicked out after her landlord found that the room she occupied had piled up with rubbish. The woman in eastern China’s Shandong province had not taken her trash out for one year.

As a landlord I can relate. Some tenants are very nasty when it comes to keeping the house clean on a daily basis. But anyways I get it cleaned on the last day of the contract

The non-clearance of trash from your home can cause a health hazard to oneself, family and neighbours by breeding mosquitoes and other unwanted insects. It's not about aesthetics but general hygiene of the living environment. Take heed.

I clean my room every few days and I'm pretty particular about cleanliness. How someone can stand to live in such filth and stand the smell is mind boggling. But, as the video says, it's quite possible the person has mental health issues.

She needs help. Someone, please help her. You don't have to fix everything right away overnight, just a little bit at a time. Start by throwing trash out each time you finish a meal. If you are able to pay rent on time, you can keep the place clean too.

Of course this lady suffers from some mental issues, like extreme hoarders do (their houses are not cleaner than this room). Much respect to the cleaning lady, but in a case like this the tenant should have also hired those specialized in cleaning biohazard.

I rented a room 2019 with 4 PhD students the house at corner Kllburn train station was worse than this owning a rental property is very risky with people that don't care or appreciate a roof over their heads and yet the university is spotless the owner worked in the mines the look on his face when he flew in was priceless 😊

I feel sorry for her next landlord who will likely be forced to deal with the same thing unless this woman gets the psychiatric help she needs. What a nightmare tenant to have to deal with.

Now a days depression and other mental health problems spreading very frequently as compare to old days... If she is behaving in such a way it means she need a therapy badly...
