The One Punch Man Workout - For Beginners!

The One Punch Man workout is a great idea, but can definitely cause issues if you aren't conditioned! I've had this easier variation on my mind for a while, and I've been looking for a way to get started on content creation too! I hope this helps someone get started with fitness!

I don't know what you did, man. But you made me want to actively try doing this workout regularly. I'm not a workout type of guy (Unfortunately), but now I'm interested to see where this goes...

As starting I will not exercise and suddenly I inspired by one punch man and do the exercise he told and I was exhausted for 3 days😅

The way how you do your push ups you will destroy yours shoulders really fast :/ allways do your ellbows back, not to the side.

Hey, loved your video! 💖 I have a few questions, do you think jump roping for a month is good before actually starting to run? and how many should i do for a day, i was thinking of 100x as a start (i have 54kg), maybe i should add more, any opinion? I'm actually doing it every day im 13 and I take weekends for rest I don't do the run I do 100 pushup 100 sits 100 squat and 50 dips leg workout and plank I've been doing this for six days I have alot of gains I still eat very unhealthy what should I do to get Sixpack

Do you have any tips/recommendations for subbing the cardio out for something like RFA or Just Dance? I'm not sure how to convert the 1km over to something like that to start working my way up.
