Holy shit, I just tried this and I got it after awhile and I feel like spiderman

I got the frog stand just now after a few trys!
The tips i can give is :

Put a pillow where ur head is going to be (trust me)

start in pushup posture with your hands pointed forward shoulder width apart and try to not have your hands completely flat (thats what helped me)

bend your knees on your tippy toes so that your knees are touching the outside of your elbows. (Your toes are still on the floor)

Then slowly lean forward till ur feet are off the floor

Once ur feet get off the floor, what i did to help balance is try to press your elbows into your knees and your knees into you elbows, it will make your body more stable and easy to balance

These are great—especially the warmup part. Ignoring the warmup caused me almost two months of wrist pain when I started doing push-ups.

I was trying to do it alone but couldn't do it but after I saw that the hand even placement and knees over elbows from this video then I did it I thought It was just gonna be a waste of time watching the video but I was wrong thanks man this video really helped me to save much of my time
