OH. Now I understand Assistant. It is Google's way of persuading you to use Google apps instead of their competitors. If you want it to launch a non-google app and take an action, it will not. If you want it to do something that Google apps can't accomplish, it won't. It will "Help" you by having Google company take over every aspect of your home life and daily routines.

Nice work. But I am struggling with a routine. I can set a routine to open Spotify and play some music, but how can I then have the routine also play this music on a specific speaker, which is not a Google one, but does show up in the menu of Spotify?

Hi thanks for your helpful video. I just got the newest chromecast GoogleTV device and I use it on a Samsung SmartTV. Question: if I buy the Samsung HW-Q950T Soundbar system set, would I be able to group that surround speaker set using Google Home in combo with Nest and Nest mini.

Also, 2nd question. Can I play one thing on the TV + surround system but a family member can play something separate on a different speaker group in another section of the house?

Can still use my old goodmorning routine but cant find anywhere to setup a new routine.
