Look on Amazon for barn door floor guide wheels. They attach to the baseboard and a small wheel goes in front of and behind the door. It makes the operation a lot smoother than the groove on the bottom of the door with the piece attached to the floor. Ive built three barn doors for my house with just plywood but they were all painted. It works great. They are $19.97
