I think it was a good update. However there are many things they should do before creating new stuff. You must be wondering, but like what?

- A good and simple freeze function
- MIDI comping
- Vídeo suport
- Quantize-stretch onsets for audios
- Resolve the EQ+ (and others) phase and latency issue
- Being able to export in different tracks each pad/instruments of the Drum Machine device
- Capture listening MIDI (like Ableton)
- VariAudio type of editor

All you need to know is that it's missing X and people are unhappy about it xD

The “project remote control” is my fav function of Bitwig 5.👌 What’s your favourite? 🍿

Great session, Mattias! I just got Bitwig a couple of months ago and am starting to sink my teeth into it. So much different from Studio One 6 Pro and Cubase 12 Pro! I love the GUI ... takes a while to get used to, as with everything else. Thanks again. Need to check for more Bitwig videos from you!

would love to see a vid on how you use your drawing tablet in bitwig and why you use it instead of a mouse/trackpad

Though I'm very excited about B5, I'm also very curious about that tracking pen you're using.

@Mattias did you ever do a breakdown of this track? I LOVE the hihats and that wooshy electrifyng sound, would love to know how both were made.

I like everything except the new browser. It sucks, so far, to find stuff. Maybe I need some time to get used to it.

Just bought your Masterclass, ser fram emot att lära mig allt om BitWig som jag börjat använda nyligen för att producera ambience soundscapes :) Och supporta en svensk double plus! :)

The Wavetable LFO would make nice Neuro Bass modulations....

I own Bitwig 3, I've been out for a long time and just starting again, setting up everything. I'm only interested in orchestral music. For me, it's purely a hobby, and I don't like turning knobs, mixing everything to get a studio grade product. From what I've seen so far, everything that's changed in Bitwig is all about sound wave manipulation and beat making, not about actual basic DAW stuff. I have NI Komplete 14 Collector's edition, so I have more than I'll ever need if I want to tamper with my music. The only thing that may be interesting for me is the new browser, looks nice but if you work with Kontakt, is it really necessary? Wouldn't you be choosing your instruments there, and then just work with the tracks in Bitwig? So my question is if there is even a good reason for me to upgrade to the new version? Thanks.

I am actually more hyped for the project modulators, than the Mseg, but happy to get those too. Especially the waveshaper in the grid. 👻
Stil waiting for a glide option on the key track modulator though 😅

Is there a way to add automation for the project modulaters? To automate a macro f. Ex.? 👀

I m very excited for Bitwig 6 now, because after this all-in Modular Update, there might be hope they improve some desperately needed DAW fundamentals in the next version. 😅 I ll wait.

I just wanted to say this song is amazing, do you plan on releasing it at all? What genre would this be considered??? Oh man I would love to add it to my library to listen to in the car!!! Super helpful tips as well!
