When traffic to jb is smooth. It means less shoppers and with that comes less spending. With great ideas, comes great losses. Shops will shutter and people will lose jobs...
And with VEP costing S$150 per car at a certain company... Someone got real greedy for a get rich quick scheme..

What warning are you talking about ??? My Vechicle got VEP installed, but it's not working. Who's fault ? ?? Ask the Immigration officer VEP has money how ??? He hardly opened his mouth point at touch go ?? Luckily, I got a standby touch go card that eventually went. Who will get the warning talk big Peter Lok us it ??? What will happen if the driver solely depends on the VEP deduction??? Who's fault is here the person Peter Lok take the responsibility and resign. Not only that, he is killing the Businnes of JB and went to Rest, which is usually crowded by Singaporeans. Hardly any customer's poor owner complin no Businees. With the festive season approaching and school holidays as well . Peter Loke either resign or take a U turn responsibility postponed VEP until Chinese New Year, or else he is killing the lively hood of JB business people and the economy of Malaysia.

😮🙏 Yes, the Johor CIQ is equivalent to Singapore ICA, while the JPJ ( Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan ) is equivalent to Singapore LTA, so when the grace period is over, the JPJ officers might conduct surprise VEP check on Singapore registered vehicles entering into Malaysia via the Woodlands / JB CIQ checkpoint or the Tuas check point ... So it is wiser to install VEP on Singaporean vehicles in case of emergency that needed to enter Malaysia after this 1stOct2024 VEP installation grace period is over ... Better than sekali kena summon or kena demerit or kena black listed when caught without a valid VEP! That would be an Alamak situation indeed! 🙏 ... Thank You So Much CNA for this rather nail-biting testing rides over to check out the VEP requirement at the JB CIQ for us! We are surprise why this CNA testing car is not VEP installed while being tested through this baptism of JPJ Fire on VEP Requirement Starting 1st Day at the JB CIQ! Brave CNA personnel indeed! 😊🙏🌷🌿

Lol, I sold my 2 previous cars with VEP registered under my name.
All the best if it’s still on the road with owners applying for VEP with it. COE extended 10 years until 2027.
