Despite the clear traffic at the land checkpoints, there were still queues of more than 50 people at the VEP centre waiting to get their VEPs approved or registered.

If vep rejected. Why not their people work permit rejected. Reduce the millions working here. Clearer traffic

When traffic to jb is smooth. It means less shoppers and with that comes less spending. With great ideas, comes great losses.

Screw up system. The whole process they didn't even think thru. Registration, deregistration, company car, rental car, transfer of car ownership ... Such simple topic, the website can't settle.

Malaysia transport minister succeeded to stop more singaporen drive to Malaysia.
Because of his unfriendly statement toward singaporen pay your fine or jail.

Fine $2000 or jail, much much heavier than traffic offences!!! Weird, it is not the driver don't want to apply, it is the VEP cannot do the job !!

Already so many issues with regards to the VEP implementation, can't imagine how they're going to implement other big projects like the Johor - SG Special Economic Zone (JS -SEZ). Even the MM2H policy keeps changing.

Drove to JB on 9 Oct in the afternoon, very smooth, no traffic jam, actually no traffic at all, JB custom counters were empty. Wondering how will it be like this coming weekend.

Lesson learned avoid last minute rush. Incoming is full enforcement, dont repeat the same hassles. Msia and spore are having same blood so same issue for both countries, last minute rush. Take advantage of msian leniency extension bc u wont enjoy that in ur country

Go Batam or just spend your money in Singapore. Support home-grown businesses.

Mr Loke, slap Singaporeans with 400% additional buyer stamp duty when they buy houses in Malaysia, this is to close the loophole to avoid them coming to Malaysia to snap up properties (firstly they have to pay a lot more for a house in Singapore that's why they come and snap, 2nd when foreigners buy house in Singapore they need to pay hefty additional buyer stamp duty, you need to asap reciprocate). also in Singapore if you drive in you car more than 7 days a week, you need to pay SGD 30+ a day to drive in further. Malaysia gov please reciprocate asap charge from RM150 per entry then they wont come and take advantage of Malaysians and keep "buying cheap cheap groceries".

When they solve problem its with their own comfort in mind, , NOT the motorists.
