Morning routine habits in a nutshell:
1) WAKE UP WITH YOUR ALARM. Before going to bed think of something that are going to do the next day which is exciting.
2) EXERCISE: Early morning walk in nature is invigorating. Go out for walk without your phone.
3) GRATITUDE: You are part of something that is bigger than yourself. Be prepared to seize the day and make it count.
4) LEMON WATER & LOTS OF WATER: Have a couple of glasses before and after you go for walk.
5) COLD WATER BATHING: It will increase your alertness, motivation level and keep stress level normal.
6) READING: Read a self help book or listen to an audio book or catch up news events for about 30 minutes.
BARRIERS TO A FOCUSED ROUTINE:
1) Looking at mobile first in the morning.
2) Scrambled bed: If you want to change the world, start by making your bed.
3) Long 'to do list' : Make a list of only 1 big thing 'to do' item and 1 big 'to be' item.
THREE MORNING HACKS:
1) Download and switch on to educational podcasts.
2) Just begin!: Act of beginning motivate your brain to complete that activity.
3) Have a good sleep: Brush your teeth, keep your mobile away, plan for the next day and get to bed on time.

Hi, you wont believe this. My little son who just stepped into first grade this academic year is a great fan of yours. Of course, needless to say I am a fan of your everlasting smile that you carry in your face throughout your presentation. The moment I start your video, wherever my son is, he will shout from there if it is you, hearing your voice and will rush to me to watch your presentation. It may be funny to note that he does understand most of your tips as they are cool, simple to not only understand but also to feel inspired and to apply. I keep telling my son that we as a start up channel don't grow at all, as we are not as committed as other veterans like you are.. Everytime he sees your video, he will start saying, mom, we can try more and harder and let us not quit. Thanks a lot for inspiring my little one right at this age. That shows how powerful your presentations are. Our best wishes..!

Mam totally agreed what you have said I realized early morning when I'm up and about doing all those indispensable duties I literally felt that I'm capable and my confidence level at its finest.
