I like this kind of 'dish', where, the "white" wine and the herbs are the main engredients, I kinda like few "vegets" with 'chicken', and I have a Filipino recipe for you, called "Calderetas" ... I'm famous for this recipe, using Chicken!

Ok, 3:37 is the most terrible error a human being can perform with a plate of pasta.
I just can't figure out why it is so difficult for non - italian people to understand that pasta MUST be cooked in a VERY large amount of ALREADY BOILING water with a (big) pinch of salt for ~10 minutes. Every other way to cook pasta, I'm so sorry for the rest of the world, is absolutely WRONG and will make pasta gummier than a Haribo (and with a terrible taste, IMHO).
