It's all about the thumbnail. 80% thumbnail, 10% title, 10% first 30 seconds to keep the audience part on 80%. That should be the goal. Otherwise you won't make the long journey here.

This video could have started 1 minute in, the tutorial doesn’t start until 2:20 WHICH IS WHAT IS PROMISED BY THE TITLE OF THE VIDEO! Not only that, you misrepresent YouTube’s tool by saying it’s only open to BIG channels, when in fact it’s in beta testing with 50, 000 channels of various sizes across the platform. Educational channels need less entertainment fluff and more education value. Stop the over produced time wasting.
