VTMX has me confused, their earnings report shows them producing .04 cent per quarter in FFO, .15 cent in FFO last year, how are you reaching 14x FFO when stock is trading at 28.5

BYG is kinda hard to buy in my American account. BYLOF basically trades like a penny stock with no volume. Can't do a market order for 100 shares as that's too much of the daily volume and limits don't go through (at the same price markets executed at). Also sometimes in the morning there aren't even bid/ask prices as it hasn't even traded that day. So you have to do like 4, 25 share market orders to get 100 shares. Anyway, I'm not buying any more because I'm afraid I can't sell it if I ever want to.
